Serves 4-6
1 cup pineapple, large dice (fresh or canned in water or juice and drained)
1 cup mandarin oranges (canned in water or juice and drained)
1 cup mini-marshmallows
1 cup grated coconut
1 cup sour cream
Mix all ingredients until well-combined and let sit in refrigerator for at least 20 minutes and as long as 48 hours. The sauce will thicken from the flour on the marshmallows and sweeten from the fruit. Believe me, try it, it’s a magical combination.
